We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. 

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Nail Sizes:
You don’t need to choose the size of nails. 
There are totally 10-12 different size to match 
your nature nails. 

If you are using the adhesive pads, do not touch water after 3-4 hours after applying.
